Supreme Court Bar Association elections to be held on December 12 2018
The Election Committee of Supreme of India has decided to hold the elections to the Executive Committee of SCBA on December 12.
The bar association announced its polling date along with a brief election programme and list of dates by a notice dated November 16.
The provisional voters’ list has been published and displayed on the notice board and on the SCBA website.
One day before of election polls a debate for candidates for the post of President and Secretary will be conducted in the Supreme Court Lawns with each candidate allotted five minutes time to speak. This debate will mark the end of campaigning by the candidates.
The polling will begin at 5 PM on December 12 in Library 1 in the Supreme Court premises.
