1. K. Sashidhar v. Indian Overseas Bank and ors. 

The Supreme Court has observed that National Company Law Tribunal has no jurisdiction and authority to analyse or evaluate the commercial decision of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) to enquire into the justness of the rejection of the resolution plan by the dissenting financial creditors.
