Eligibility

As per the UKPSC APO Exam notification, only those candidates apply for the post who have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and having an age limit of 21 to 42 years. Age relaxation has been provided as per UKPSC rules.

Uttrakhand UKPSC APO Online Form 2021: Exam Pattern

Assistant Prosecution Officer Exam- 2021 will be held in three phases i.e Preliminary Exam, Mains Exam, and Personal Interview.

Preliminary Exam

The preliminary examination will have two papers. i.e. General Studies and Law. The duration of both the paper will be 3 hrs, each paper will have 1:30 hrs duration. Both the paper have 100 objective-type questions each.

Mains Examination

All those candidates who will qualify in prelims will be able to appear for the mains exam. Mains Examination will have four papers

Interview: All the mains qualified candidates will be called for the personal interview. It is mandatory for all the mains qualified candidates to attend the interview schedule by the UK PCS board. The interview will hold a weightage of 50 Marks.
