Seva Mandal Educational Society’s Smt. Kamalaben Gambhirchand Shah Law School (Smt. K. G. Shah Law School), apart from imparting quality legal education, has always had an objective to ensure holistic growth of students. In our pursuit of achieving excellence in the field of legal education, we have been organizing National Level Moot Court Competition from the year 2016.

About the Moot Court

Seva Mandal Educational Society’s Smt. Kamalaben Gambhirchand Shah Law School (Smt. K. G. Shah Law School) is organising its 5th National Moot Court Competition, 2020 in our college on 7th & 8th March 2020.

Venue: Smt. Kamalaben Gambhirchand Shah Law School, Smt. Parmeshwari Devi Gordhandas Garodia Educational Complex, 388, Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road, Matunga East, Mumbai 400 019, Maharashtra.

Eligibility

The competition is open for students who are pursuing LLB five year/three-year course during the current academic year.

Team Composition 

Each team should consist of a minimum of 2 mooters and 1 researcher

Registration Fees

The registration fee is Rs. 3000/-

Request for Registration should reach Prin. Shri. T.M. Jethani, Smt. Kamlaben Gambhirchand Shah Law School, in the enclosed form/format along with Demand Draft payable at Mumbai in favour of ‘ Smt. K.G. Shah Law School’ payable at Mumbai.

The Registration fees shall be sent on or before 25th FEBRUARY 2020. The participants must register their names with the organizer of the Moot Court Competition on or before 23rd FEBRUARY 2020 along with the scanned copy of travel plan, registration form and DEMAND DRAFT.

Additional person will be charged extra.
