Bail granted to Delhi CM in defamation case

Bharatiya Janta Party’s MLA Mr. Vijendra Gupta filed a criminal defamation case against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia as they tweeted that the complainant along with his party members are planning and involved in a conspiracy to assassinate Kejriwal. These alleged defamatory tweets were made by the above mentioned persons after the incident where Arvind Kejriwal was slapped by a person in the crowd during campaigning for Lok Sabha elections in West Delhi. After this incident Delhi CM blamed the BJP for this assault , however Mr. Vijendra contented that it was CM himself who demanded the security personnel to set aside from his vehicle which facilitated the assault.
