MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:-

1. That the above noted case is pending before this Hon’ble Court and fixed for 19.10.2021 for the remaining petitioner’s evidence.
2. That the petitioner has tried her best to  get   the witness summoned however she failed to get to him, now the petitioner seeks permission of this Hon’ble Court to call the trial court record for the statement made  thereunder by the concerned witness U/S 164 of Cr.P.C. 
3. That the petitioner therefore wants to summon with the permission of this Hon’ble Court the following witnesses;

(a). DPS, S/o Shri SN, R/o KH, P.O. BG, P.S. Jamali, Disst. Sumit Pur, Assam.

    And also at 

    PNC C/o CNG Station, Sector-12,         R.K. Puram, New Delhi.

(b). The concerned Ahlmad/Clerk court of Sh. XYZ MM, Patiala House New Delhi with court file titled as State Vs. 345, F.I.R. NO. 2222 Under Section 279/304A IPC, P.S. R.K. Puram, Delhi which is now fixed for 15.10.2021 for P.E. alongwith complete court file.

  The diet money may be paid at the spot.
