Kerala Law Academy(KLA Moot Court) also referred to as Kerala Law Academy Law College is a private law college in Trivandrum, Kerala, India. Founded in 1967, it is the first and was for many years the only, private law institution in the state. It is accredited by the Bar Council of India.

About the Moot Competition 

The Kerala Law Academy Moot Court Society (KLA Moot ) is conducting the 29th All India Moot Court Competition for the Kerala Law Academy Trophy from 06-02-2020 to 08-02-2020. It is the twenty-ninenth year since the Annual Moot Court Competition for the Kerala Law Academy Law Trophy has been launched.

It is also one of the oldest competitions in the country and we are proud that it is acclaimed by the academic community as well as by the legal circles as a trendsetter and one of the most prestigious Moot Court Competitions organized in our country.

The competition has grown in prominence over the years and today it occupies a unique place in the National Calendar of Moot Court Competitions. More than 30 Universities/Law Colleges/Law Schools participated in the 28th All India Moot Court Competition held in February last year.

23rd January 2020

Registration Procedure and Fee

Provisional Registration of the teams for the competition shall be done by sending email to keralalawacademymcs2019@gmail.com/mcskla@gmail.com.

Upon receipt of email confirmation from us, please send duly filled Proforma for Registration along with a Registration fee of Rs. 5000/- to be paid in the form of Demand Draft payable at Thiruvananthapuram, drawn in favour of “Kerala Law Academy Moot Court Society” on or before 23rd January 2020. 

Registration forms shall be sent to The General Secretary, Kerala Law Academy Moot Court Society, Kerala law Academy Law College, Peroorkada, Thiruvananthapuram -695005 Team codes will be allotted on 23rd January 2019.
