2. That the applicant is unable to attend the proceedings today as he is suffering from fever. 

3.  That the non-appearance of applicant is neither intentional nor deliberate but due to abovesaid reason.         

PRAYER

     It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to exempt the personal appearance of the applicant/accused for today only in the interest of justice.
