Learning Opportunities
As an intern at Legum Attorney, you will gain valuable practical legal experience in the following areas:
Litigation and Court Exposure
- Assist in drafting writ petitions, appeals, replies, and legal opinions
- Attend hearings at the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and Tribunal proceedings
- Understand filing procedures, case management, and court etiquettes
Research and Legal Drafting
- Conduct legal research on Customs Act, GST Act, Income Tax Act, PMLA, FEMA, NDPS and Foreign Trade Policy
- Draft case notes, briefing documents, and legal analysis reports
- Monitor latest case laws, notifications, and circulars from CBIC, CBDT DRI, RBI and ED
Eligibility Criteria
- B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B. (5-Year Integrated Course) from a reputed law university or institution.
- Genuine interest in Customs Law, GST, PMLA, FEMA, Cryptocurrency Regulations, and Indirect Taxation
- The applicant must be residing within 15–20 KM radius of the office location to ensure regular physical presence during the internship period.
Stipend: Yes. This is not an assessment-based internship.
