HSA Disputes Partners Amit Jajoo, Sushmita Gandhi and team to join IndusLaw
Former partner HSA Advocates’ Mumbai Disputes Amit Jajoo and Sushmita Gandhi have resigned from the firm. They will join the Mumbai office of IndusLaw along with a team of lawyers.
The team members include Senior Associates Victor Basu and Bhagyashree Lembhe, and Associates Anamika, Amrita Dubey, Bhargav Kosuru and Darpan Bhatia.
Confirming this development, Amit Jajoo said,

Amit Jajoo had joined HSA Adovates with his team from Paras Kuhad Associates in August 2016. He joined the Bar in 2004 after graduating from Government Law College, Mumbai. He focuses on general civil and commercial litigation, IPR-related litigation, and arbitration matters.
Sushmita Gandhi focuses on commercial and corporate litigation, banking litigation, securitisation laws, and arbitration. She is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School.
